Common use of HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REMOVAL Clause in Contracts

HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REMOVAL. During the term of this contract at Concessionaire's own cost and expense, Concessionaire shall maintain and operate the Premises and areas in, on, or adjacent to a distance of not less than fifty (50) feet, including personal property and equipment, in a clean, safe, wholesome, and sanitary condition free of trash, garbage, or obstructions of any kind. Concessionaire shall remedy without delay any defective, dangerous, or unsanitary conditions.
