Housing Application Fee. The $50 non-refundable application fee is not applied toward room and board payments. The application fee is not refundable even if a student is not admitted to the University. Residents will be held responsible for damage to University Housing property and will pay all charges immediately upon receiving a bill for the damage. Damage to common areas will be prorated to all the residents.
