Common use of HOUSING CHARGE/REFUND SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

HOUSING CHARGE/REFUND SCHEDULE. This contract is for the full entire academic year . If a Resident terminates this contract during the Fall semester (or during the Spring semester if the Spring semester is the Resident’s first semester at the University), the Resident will be responsible for the rent until the day of official check-out. Rent will be pro-rated on a daily basis.
