HOUSING DEPOSITThe College will not refund the Housing Deposit, unless the College is unable to provide a housing unit to the student. This means that only students on the waiting list are eligible for a refund of the Housing Deposit. The College does not refund the housing deposit to any other students. Students who do not attend the College, who withdraw from the College, or attend but choose not to live in College housing will not receive a refund of the Housing Deposit.
HOUSING DEPOSIT. The $325 Housing Deposit must accompany the Housing/Dining Services Contract. Payments can be made online by VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card. Payments can also be made at Panther Central by check or money order made payable to the University of Pittsburgh. The Housing Deposit is non-refundable except as provided in sections 9 and 10 below. The Housing Deposit will be applied toward spring term room charges. If the Student is indebted to the University for current or prior term charges, the University may, at its option, apply the Housing Deposit to any such outstanding indebtedness and cancel the Housing/Dining Services Contract. The Housing Deposit will not be refunded if the Student is in violation of any term or condition of this Contract.
HOUSING DEPOSITThe student shall pay a deposit of $200 as security for the faithful performance of the Agreement. Upon Agreement termination, the security deposit will be refunded via the WWU Student Account refund process. The $200 credit balance will apply toward any current or past-due financial obligations, Agreement terms, or covenants which the Student may owe the University, even if the amount does not derive from this Housing Agreement. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to the student, after which time the Student is still responsible for any future charges placed on the student account.
HOUSING DEPOSIT. To reserve Campus Housing, a $250 Housing Deposit must be paid by all students new to Campus Housing, and shall be paid when the Housing Application is submitted. This deposit is refunded when the student withdraws from Campus Housing (see section 9 for more details). Any damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the student will be subtracted from the deposit. Any damage and/or cleaning charges over $250 will be added to the student’s account. If a balance is owed to the University by the student at the time the deposit is refunded, the deposit will be applied to that balance on the student’s account. Students returning to Campus Housing who have had all or a portion of the Housing Deposit deducted due to damage and/or cleaning charges agree to remit the amount necessary to maintain the $250 Housing Deposit. Housing Deposits will be refunded if the University cannot provide Campus Housing.
HOUSING DEPOSIT a. Northwest College requires a $150.00 Housing deposit to reserve a space in the residence halls. Upon check-in, $100.00 serves as a damage/contract breakage deposit and is refundable; $50.00 of the housing deposit is a nonrefundable processing fee. b. Laundry/Facility fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 per semester will be charged to each tenant.
HOUSING DEPOSIT. Resident must submit a housing deposit of $100 with the submission of this Agreement. This housing deposit will be returned to Resident as long as Resident remains in Residence Housing for the entire Academic Year. During Resident’s last semester in Residence Housing, Resident is responsible for requesting the return of the housing deposit in writing from Park University. Resident forfeits the return of the housing deposit if Resident leaves Residence Housing A prospective student who chooses not to attend Park University has until June 1st of the current Academic Year to request the return of the housing deposit. If the prospective student does not request a return of his or her housing deposit by June 1, the prospective student forfeits the return of the housing deposit.
HOUSING DEPOSITNew students (those entering Stetson for the first time) are required to submit a one- time University enrollment deposit fee. No housing deposit fee is required for re-entering, or continuing students.
HOUSING DEPOSIT. Student shall pay the housing deposit of $150 at the time they submit their housing application. $125 of the deposit will be refunded to the Student if: a. the University does not accept Student’s application for campus
HOUSING DEPOSIT. New incoming students (defined as students who are enrolled at the University for their first semester) must pay a $150 Housing Deposit as part of the New Student Admission Deposit process. This one-time deposit provides incoming residential students access to the Housing Application. The $150 Housing Deposit will be applied as a credit to the Resident’s student account. The $150 Housing Deposit is non-refundable for anyone who does not attend the University.
HOUSING DEPOSIT. Resident must submit a $200 housing deposit as an indication of Resident’s commitment to live on campus. The housing deposit also serves as a fund against costs incurred by the Resident. The housing deposit is forfeited and nonrefundable if this License is cancelled or terminated for any reason prior to the end of the Term of the License. Resident has the option to “roll-over” the deposit for future on-campus housing or request a “credit-back” if Resident completes the Term of the License in its entirety and does not wish to continue living on campus. At the end of the Term, the housing deposit will be credited back to the Resident’s account where it will be subject to payment of Resident’s unpaid housing costs, fees and charges. The housing deposit will be held in a non-interest bearing account and, as a result, interest will not accrue.
