HOUSING DEPOSIT. a. Northwest College requires a $150.00 Housing deposit to reserve a space in the residence halls. Upon check-in, $100.00 serves as a damage/contract breakage deposit and is refundable; $50.00 of the housing deposit is a nonrefundable processing fee. b. Laundry/Facility fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 per semester will be charged to each tenant.
