How Given. Any notice, approvals, request or demand or other communication (“notice”) to be given under this Agreement must be in writing and must be delivered by email. Notices to Us must be sent to the following addresses: Email: xxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx or such other address that We may notify the Sponsor in writing, from time to time. Notices to the Sponsor must be sent to the email address specified in the Sponsorship Application. A notice may be given by an employee or agent (including a legal advisor) of the party giving the notice.
