Garbage. The Concessionaire will contract directly with the service provider for adequate dumpster capacity and wildlife resistance. The Department must pre- approve the location of dumpsters and frequency of pick-ups. The Concessionaire will provide recycle bins for use by Park visitors.
Garbage. Guest must separate trash and recyclables and take the curb the night before each assigned pickup day.
Garbage. Solid waste consisting of putrescible animal and vegetable waste materials resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food, including waste materials from markets, storage facilities, handling and sale of produce and other farm products.

All putrescible and non-putrescible waste which generally includes, but is not limited to, kitchen and table food waste, animal, vegetative, food or any organic waste that is attendant with, or results from the storage, preparation, cooking or handling of food materials attributed to normal activities of a Service Unit. Garbage must be generated at the Service Unit from which the Garbage is collected. Garbage does not include those items defined as Exempt Waste, and does not include materials collected as Compostable Waste.
Garbage. All garbage shall be wrapped in plastic or disposable garbage bags and tied and sorted if required and placed in the areas designated by LANDLORD and at such times which he may designate, all in conformity with Department of Health regulations and any applicable recycling regulations. It is expressively agreed and understood, however, that garbage shall not be stored outside the Premises at any time unless in facilities designated by LANDLORD.
Garbage. The term “Garbage” means all putrescrible and non-putrescrible solid and semi-solid wastes, including, but not limited to, rubbish, ashes, industrial wastes, grass, yard debris, leaves, swill, demolition and construction wastes, dead animals piles of debris, car parts, construction or demolition debris, any item that would be considered Hazardous Waste, or stumps.
Garbage. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house.
Garbage. CM offers trash disposal service for a fee of $8.00 per standard 13-gallon trash bag. The Owner agrees to notify CM staff of each bag he/she leaves in the designated trash disposal area. Garbage, refuse, waste, oil, fuel, solvents, and/or other flammable or toxic chemicals shall never be disposed of into the Marina’s water. The Owner shall contact CM if he/she needs to dispose of fuel, solvents, etc. Under no circumstances will The Owner vacate a head or holding tank within the CM marina basin.
