How to Contact Bank. Any communication regarding the Services, including the reporting of lost/stolen/compromised Credentials or an unauthorized transaction, should be made to the address and/or phone numbers shown below. Because time is of the essence when responding to lost/stolen/compromised Credentials or an unauthorized transaction, Customer must contact Bank via phone immediately to report such an event. Bank’s contact instructions may be changed upon notice to Customer in writing.
