How To Enter Into This Agreement. In order to enter into this Agreement, you must take the following steps: a. You must sign and date the Agreement. Signing and dating the Agreement is how you “Execute” the Agreement. b. You must return the Executed Agreement to me before [LAST DATE TO ACCEPT], (unless such period is extended in writing by the Company). If I do not receive the signed and dated Agreement by that date, the offer will be deemed withdrawn, this Agreement will not take effect and you will not receive the pay and benefits described in Section 3. c.
