How to sign the IDTA. 4.1 The Parties may choose to each sign (or execute): 4.1.1 the same copy of this IDTA; 4.1.2 two copies of the IDTA. In that case, each identical copy is still an original of this IDTA, and together all those copies form one agreement; 4.1.3 a separate, identical copy of the IDTA.
