HPC License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract including the payments in Sections 2.4 and 2.5, Seller hereby grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, license, under Seller’s rights in HPC Technology (without the right to sublicense) to use the Equipment solely for the purpose of developing and commercializing materials in the Field.
