Common use of HPL Ownership Clause in Contracts

HPL Ownership. HPL or its designee shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 3-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine (9) mmcfd, a proportional to flow sampler, HPL’s EFM/SCADA, HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap valve on the HPL Pipeline, and associated piping and pipeline related facilities (the "HPL Facilities").

HPL Ownership. HPL or its designee shall own that portion of (i) the Interconnect hot tap valve, piping and pipe related facilities located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 3-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine and (9ii) mmcfd, a proportional to flow sampler, HPL’s EFM/SCADASCADA and RTU, and HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap valve on instrumentation located at the HPL Pipeline, and associated piping and pipeline related facilities Interconnect (collectively the "HPL Facilities"). The HPL facilities shall be designed to enable future installation of a check valve with bypass to enable bi-directional flow.

HPL Ownership. HPL or its designee shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer ownership change as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 3hot tap on the 18-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine (9) mmcfd, a proportional to flow sampler, HPL’s EFM/SCADA, HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap valve on the HPL Pipeline, and associated piping and pipeline related facilities (valve up to the "HPL Facilities")insulating flange designated as the point of ownership change as defined in Section 5(i) below and as shown on Exhibit “A” attached.

HPL or its designee shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 34” tap valve and riser on the 8-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine (9) mmcfd, a proportional to flow samplerHPL Pipeline, HPL’s EFM/SCADAchart recorder for check measurement, HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap valve on the HPL Pipelineregulation, OPP, control valves and associated equipment, and associated piping and pipeline related facilities up to the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below as shown on Exhibit “A” attached (the "HPL Facilities").

HPL or its designee shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 3-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine (9) mmcfd, a proportional to flow sampler, HPL’s EFM/SCADA, HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap and side valve on the ___-inch HPL Pipeline, OPP, flow and/or pressure control valves and associated piping and pipeline related facilities up to the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below as shown on Exhibit “A” attached (the "HPL Facilities").

HPL or its designee shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 3-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine (9) mmcfd, a proportional to flow sampler, HPL’s EFM/SCADA, HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap and side valve on the 30-inch HPL Pipeline, OPP, HPL's EFM/SCADA and RTU equipment, flow and/or pressure control valves and associated piping and pipeline related facilities up to the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below as shown on Exhibit “A” attached (the "HPL Facilities").

HPL Ownership. HPL or its designee shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on HPL’s side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include a 3the hot tap, tap valve, riser and cross-inch turbine meter capable of flowing nine (9) mmcfd, a proportional to flow sampler, HPL’s EFM/SCADA, HPL’s communication equipment and instrumentation, a hot tap valve over piping on the HPL Pipeline. HPL shall also own HPL's EFM/SCADA and RTU equipment, associated communication equipment, and associated piping and pipeline related facilities continuous gas sampler located on COPANO's side of the insulating flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below (collectively the "HPL Facilities").
