HSC-S Insurance. LSU, at its sole expense, agrees to maintain a policy or program of professional liability coverage or insurance, covering LSU, the HSC-S Faculty, and Residents through the Office of Risk Management in accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Medical Malpractice Act (La. R.S. 40:1235.1 and La. R.S. 40:1237.1, et seq.). For purposes of liability arising out of medical malpractice for professional services provided by HSC-S Faculty, the obligations on behalf of any individual shall not exceed the amount payable by the State Health Care Provider Fund pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statute 40:1237.1, et seq. LSU shall also maintain or ensure the maintenance of comprehensive general liability insurance covering LSU, the HSC-S Faculty, and Residents with minimum coverage of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and three million dollars ($3,000,000) in the aggregate.

  • Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.

  • Renter’s Insurance (check one) ☐ Tenant is required to obtain, and maintain at all times during the Term, a renter’s insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000.00 personal liability coverage. Tenant will name Landlord as an interested party or additional insured.   • Bonds Insurance a. Payment Bond & Performance Bond: Contractor shall not commence the Work until it has provided to the District, a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Performance Bond, in the forms attached hereto, each in an amount equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price issued by a surety admitted to issue bonds in the State of California and otherwise acceptable to the District.

  • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Owner’s Insurance Owner will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining Owner’s liability insurance and other reasonably appropriate insurance.

  • Excess Insurance All policies providing excess coverage to City shall follow the form of the primary policy or policies including but not limited to all endorsements.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. Said insurance shall extend coverage to include the principals (all directors, officers, agents and employees) of the Contractor as a result of this Contract.  The policy shall include coverage for third party fidelity and name “The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use this Contract as an Authorized User and their officers, agents, and employees” as “Loss Payees” for all third party coverage secured. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.  The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction.  The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.

  • Cyber Insurance The Contractor shall maintain network risk and cyber liability coverage (including coverage for unauthorized access, failure of security, breach of privacy perils, as well at notification costs and regulatory defense) in an amount of not less than $1,000,000. Such insurance shall be maintained in force at all times during the term of the Contract and for a period of two years thereafter for services completed during the term of the Contract.

  • Recipient’s Insurance The Recipient represents, warrants, and covenants that it has, and will maintain, at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person carrying out a project similar to the Project would maintain, including commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for third party bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage, to an inclusive limit of not less than the amount provided for in Schedule “B” per occurrence.
