Common use of HSR Act and Foreign Competition Laws Clause in Contracts

HSR Act and Foreign Competition Laws. If the purchase of the Investor Shares by the Investor pursuant to this Agreement is subject to the terms of the HSR Act or any foreign competition Laws, the applicable waiting periods shall have expired or been terminated thereunder with respect to such purchase.
