Common use of HSSE Management System Clause in Contracts

HSSE Management System. The Buyer places utmost importance on HSSE and requires Builder and its sub-contractors to subscribe to and actively pursue the highest HSSE standards. The Builder confirms that it also is committed to health, safety, security and protection of the environment and that the Builder has a written statement of health, safety, security and environmental conservation policy which is actively supported and compatible with the Buyer’s HSSE policies. The Builder undertakes to observe and comply with the following HSSE provisions:
