Common use of HUANENG GROUP FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

HUANENG GROUP FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Company entered into a framework agreement with Huaneng Group on 11 December 2018 (the “2019 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement”) for the purpose of governing the conduct of certain continuing connected transactions between the Company and Huaneng Group (and its subsidiaries and associates) in 2019. The 2019 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement will expire on 31 December 2019. In order to continue the relevant transactions, the Company entered into the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement with Huaneng Group on 1 November 2019 for a term commencing on 1 January 2020 and expiring on 31 December 2020. Pursuant to the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement, the Company and its subsidiaries will conduct the following transactions with Huaneng Group and its subsidiaries and associates on an on- going basis:

HUANENG GROUP FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Company entered into a framework agreement the 2021 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement with Huaneng Group on 11 December 2018 (5 November 2020 and the “2019 Supplemental Agreement to Huaneng Group Framework Agreement”) Agreement on 28 September 2021 for the purpose of governing the conduct of certain continuing connected transactions between the Company and Huaneng Group (and its subsidiaries and associates) in 20192021. The 2019 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement relevant agreements will expire on 31 December 20192021. In order to continue the relevant transactions, the Company entered into the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement with Huaneng Group on 1 3 November 2019 2021 for a term commencing on 1 January 2020 2022 and expiring on 31 December 20202022. Pursuant to the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement, the Company and its subsidiaries will conduct the following transactions with Huaneng Group and its subsidiaries and associates on an on- going basis:

HUANENG GROUP FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Company entered into a framework agreement with Huaneng Group on 11 December 2018 (the “2019 2022 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement”) Agreement on 3 November 2021 and the Supplemental Agreement to 2022 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement on 18 October 2022 for the purpose of governing the conduct of certain continuing connected transactions between the Company and its subsidiaries and Huaneng Group (and its subsidiaries and associates) in 20192022. The 2019 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement relevant agreements will expire on 31 December 20192022. In order to continue the relevant transactions, the Company entered into the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement with Huaneng Group on 1 November 2019 25 October 2022 for a term commencing on 1 January 2020 2023 and expiring on 31 December 20202023. Pursuant to the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement, the Company and its subsidiaries will conduct the following transactions with Huaneng Group and its subsidiaries and associates on an on- on-going basis:

HUANENG GROUP FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Company entered into a framework agreement with Huaneng Group on 11 December 2018 1 November 2019 (the “2019 2020 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement”) for the purpose of governing the conduct of certain continuing connected transactions between the Company and Huaneng Group (and its subsidiaries and associates) in 20192020. The 2019 2020 Huaneng Group Framework Agreement will expire on 31 December 20192020. In order to continue the relevant transactions, the Company entered into the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement with Huaneng Group on 1 5 November 2019 2020 for a term commencing on 1 January 2020 2021 and expiring on 31 December 20202021. Pursuant to the Huaneng Group Framework Agreement, the Company and its subsidiaries will conduct the following transactions with Huaneng Group and its subsidiaries and associates on an on- going basis:
