Common use of HUB Compliance Clause in Contracts

HUB Compliance. Proactively comply with the Owner’s established policies regarding the utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses (“HUB” or “HUBs”) and all applicable administrative rules and statutes relating to utilization of HUBs by Owner for the Project and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan, and any amendments thereto, submitted by Contractor and approved by Owner. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the written approval of Owner.

HUB Compliance. Proactively comply with the Owner’s established policies regarding the utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses (“HUB” or “HUBs”) and all applicable administrative rules and statutes relating to utilization of HUBs by Owner for the Project and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan, and any amendments thereto, Plan submitted by Contractor CM and approved by Owner. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan Plans can be made by the Contractor CM without the written approval of Owner.

Proactively Design/Build Contractor, as a provision of the Agreement, must comply with the Owner’s established policies regarding the utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses (“HUB” or “HUBs”) and all applicable administrative rules and statutes relating to utilization of HUBs by Owner for the Project and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan, Plans submitted for Pre-Construction Phase and any amendments thereto, submitted by Contractor and approved by OwnerConstruction Phase Services. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan Plans can be made by the Design/Build Contractor without the written approval of Owner.
