Hub Order Confirmation. Following receipt of each Hub Order, Supplier will transmit a notice to EMS Provider confirming order receipt and committing to ship the quantity of Components specified on the order to the designated Hub(s) on the dates specified, or, if Supplier is unable to commit to such dates, alternate dates consistent with the Agreed CT2R for each Component (an “Alternate Date”); provided, however, that the aggregate quantity of each Component committed to be shipped shall always be the same as the aggregate quantity of such Component requested on the Hub Order. Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to transmit the notice to both EMS Provider and Hub Operator within one business day after receipt of the Hub Order.
