Common use of HUBCO Information Clause in Contracts

HUBCO Information. The information relating to HUBCO and its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, information regarding other transactions which HUBCO is required to disclose), this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby in the Registration Statement and Proxy Statement-Prospectus (as defined in Section 5.6(a) hereof), as of the date of the mailing of the Proxy Statement-Prospectus, and up to and including the date of the meeting of stockholders of LFB to which such Proxy Statement-Prospectus relates, will not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements therein, in light of the circumstances under which they are made, not misleading. The Registration Statement shall comply as to form in all material respects with the provisions of the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
