Common use of Hull and Hull War Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hull and Hull War Insurance. The Operator shall effect and maintain adequate hull insurance and hull war insurance in respect of the Aircraft and the operation thereof under the Air Charter Agreement against all risks including war risks and hijacking and associated perils, and this for an agreed value of the Aircraft. The war risk insurance geographical coverage will be compliant to LSW617H, unless otherwise specified.
