Common use of HUMAN RELIABILITY PROGRAM PREMIUM (HRP) Clause in Contracts

HUMAN RELIABILITY PROGRAM PREMIUM (HRP). The Human Reliability Program premium will be paid at the rate of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked to those Employees certified in the HRP Program.

The Human Reliability Program premium will be paid at the rate of two dollars ($2.00) 2.00 per hour for all those hours worked where work was performed in a facility requiring an employee to those Employees be certified in the HRP Program.. Employees who are permanently assigned to work at an HRP required facility shall receive a full shift premium of two dollars per hour ($2.00) above their regular straight- time hourly rate. Employees who are not permanently assigned to work at an HRP required facility shall receive premium pay as follows: FIVE-EIGHT (5/8) SHIFTS:
