Constructability Program. 5.2.1 Implement and conduct Constructability Reviews to identify and document Project Cost and Schedule savings opportunities and to eliminate construction problems inherent in the various issues of the Construction Documents. The Constructability Reviews shall follow accepted industry practices and be in accordance with the requirements of the attached Exhibit G. Whenever the termvalue engineering” is used in conjunction with this Contract or the Project it does not typically imply the practice of professional engineering. Any value engineering activities that do constitute the professional practice of engineering shall be performed by a person appropriately licensed in Texas. Typically, the Owner will refer to the A/E any aspect of a value engineering suggestion that involves the practice of professional engineering or architecture.

  • Constructability Review Prepare detailed interdisciplinary constructability review within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the plans from the District that:

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Design XXX XXX XXXXX Plan and Aligned Budget In building budgets, please keep in mind that federal funds should be utilized to supplement your state and local funds. The ARP XXXXX budget submitted through the Utah Grants Management System does not have to include state and local funds, but their availability and utilization should be considered the foundation for building recovery and acceleration plans. As you are braiding various state and federal funds, be mindful that some funds expire at different times than others. The increased federal funds will enhance the opportunities that you can offer, but we encourage you to think holistically as you assess your LEA’s situation and make plans for academic recovery and acceleration.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECTS If the project is CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION of an existing structure, and the State has already determined that Contractor will not be obligated to obtain and maintain Builder’s Risk insurance, then the following provisions apply:
