Typically, the Owner will refer to the A/E any aspect of a value engineering suggestion that involves the practice of professional engineering or architecture.

The Constructability Report shall be updated at least monthly during the Pre-Construction Phase. Provide (2) two copies of the Monthly Report to the ODR and (6) six copies to the ODSR.
