Human Resources Support. Party B will provide Party A with advice and assistance in the management of its workforce, including without limitation: (a) generating and managing employment contracts, amendments and renewals; (b) administering payroll; (c) administering benefits; (d) withholding and remitting individual income tax (IIT) and social taxes on behalf of Party A and Party A’s employee; (e) recruiting new staff in accordance with Party A’s instruction; (f) terminating the employment of staff in accordance with Party A’s instructions; and (g) providing, supporting and managing human resources information system.

Human Resources Support. 6.1. The Department will provide Human Resources support by assisting in the drafting of the Supplemental Job Description (SJD), recruiting, and hire of an Executive Director pursuant to RSA 126-BB:2. 6.2. Pursuant to RSA 126-BB:2, the Executive Director position shall be a State unclassified employee. 6.3. The Department’s Bureau of Human Resources Management will post the position on the Department’s intranet and internet webpages as needed. 6.3.1. The Bureau of Human Resources Management will forward all submitted applications to the Board for its review and selection of the Executive Director. 6.3.2. The Board shall follow all Department and Division of Personnel rules and processes for the review and selection of the Executive Director. 6.4. The Executive Director shall be supervised by an individual within the DHHS or the Department of Administrative services for the purposes of basic supervisory functions including time card approval if appropriate. The Board shall retain the supervisory duties of hiring, discipline and overseeing the day to day work product of the Executive Director. 6.5. The Executive Director, when a classified employee, shall be subject to State Personnel rules and Department rules, regulations, and disciplinary process. 6.6. The duties of the Executive Director shall be outlined in the Supplemental Job Description.
Human Resources Support. The hourly rates for the Great White Human Resources department members as presented in the current Confidential Rate Schedule plus overhead computed at 35% of the total hourly cost.
Human Resources Support. Medallion shall provide general human resources support to Bank as requested. Such services shall include, but shall not be limited to, payroll services, benefits administration, employee counseling, and compensation surveys. Medallion shall perform all such human resource services in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Optionee's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Optionee's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Optionee to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Optionee will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Optionee’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation. BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Provider Responsibilities The Private Child-Caring Facility (PCC) (a.k.a., Provider) must comply with the following requirements:

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity 1.1.02 Identify at least one individual to act as the program contact in the following areas: 1. Immunization Program Manager;
