Human Rights Acts. Any claim by an employee or the Union pertaining to a violation of the Constitution of Canada, the Human Rights Acts, or the Employment Standards Act, or any other labour relations legislation, may be the subject of a grievance which shall be processed in accordance with the grievance procedure.
