Humboldt County Mental Health Performance Agreement. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to comply with any and all applicable provisions of the Mental Health Performance Agreement (State Standard Agreement No. 21-10082) that COUNTY has with DHCS, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as if set forth in full. In the event, of any conflict in the terms and conditions set forth in COUNTY’s Mental Health Performance Agreement (State Standard Agreement No. 21-10082) and the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth in COUNTY’s Mental Health Performance Agreement (State Standard Agreement No. 21-10082) shall have priority.
