Common use of HVAC Service Contract Clause in Contracts

HVAC Service Contract. If Tenant maintains the HVAC system under Paragraph 15C(9), Tenant [X] is |_| is not required to maintain, at its expense, a regularly scheduled maintenance and service contract for the HVAC system.
