Hydrocarbon Sales Agreements. To Seller's Knowledge, except as set forth in Schedule 6.16, there are no sales, purchase or marketing Contracts that are currently in effect and under which Seller is a seller of Hydrocarbons produced from the Assets that provide for a fixed price and that cannot be cancelled at any time upon ninety (90) days (or less) prior notice.
