Common use of I am Responsible for My Own Acts and Omissions Clause in Contracts

I am Responsible for My Own Acts and Omissions. I understand that I am responsible for myself, minor children for whom I am the parent and/or legal guardian. I hereby agree to be legally and financially responsible and will indemnify and hold Nuzzles & Co. harmless for my own, as well as my minor children and the outing/sleepover dog(s), acts and omissions.
