My Responsibility. I acknowledge that I have read the above rules and understand them. I agree to abide these rules and by all city, county, park and trail rules at all times while with my outing dog. In the interest of the safety of the animals, I acknowledge that Nuzzles & Co. has the right to revoke my privileges if these rules are not followed.
My Responsibility. As your attorney, my job is to help you explore with your spouse, options and obtain information so that you can reach an agreement that will work for both of you. I will guide you through the decision‐making process but the decisions will be made by you and your spouse.
My Responsibility. 5.1 I agree to pay to you the cost of any damage, loss or expense as a result of my renting the Rental Vehicle. If the Rental Vehicle cannot be rented by you while any damage is repaired, I agree to pay you at the rate recorded in this Agreement, and if no rate is specified the rate, you usually charge on a similar rental agreement for each and every day you cannot rent the Rental Vehicle.
