Common use of I release FBISD from any financial liability for any Clause in Contracts

I release FBISD from any financial liability for any. medical bills, costs, and/or fees the Student may acquire during the Program. FBISD assumes no liability for any expenses including, but not limited to, costs incurred because of any accident, injury, illness, and/or unforeseen circumstances. I release FBISD from any liability for the quality, timeliness, and outcome of any such medical care received and for any expenses incurred.
