i.3. In the event the Employee was serving on a limited-term appointment and was granted an initial probationary appointment, without a break in service, in the same or related position in the same department because the Employee met all certification requirements, the Employee shall be credited with seniority back to the first day which is actually credited to the initial probationary period.
