Common use of IBNR Plan Clause in Contracts

IBNR Plan. HMO must furnish a written IBNR Plan to manage incurred-but-not-reported (IBNR) expenses, and a description of the method of insuring against insolvency, including information on all existing or proposed insurance policies.
