ICE RESCUE, BOAT DETAIL and SCUBA DIVING. All fire fighters engaged in ice rescue, boat detail or scuba diving work shall be entitled to a pay differential on an hourly basis between his/her hourly rate of pay and the hourly rate of pay of a Lieutenant in the Fire Department, with a minimum pay differential guarantee of two (2) hours for such ice rescue, boat detail or scuba diving mission.
