iCIMS Services. iCIMS shall host, support and maintain the Subscription in accordance with the Support & Maintenance Policy. Updates as defined in the Support & Maintenance Policy are deemed part of the Subscription. iCIMS also shall deliver the implementation, training, consulting and other services set forth in an applicable Order Form.
