Identification of Exhibits to the Filed Under Seal. (a) The Parties agree that certain documents attached as exhibits hereto contain sensitive and confidential business terms which, if publicly disclosed, could detrimentally affect the Debtors or GM. Certain of these documents contain detailed proprietary information describing certain aspects of the business relationship between the Parties and the Parties believe these documents contain sensitive and confidential information of a type not typically disclosed to the public or made available in the automotive industry. Moreover, certain of these documents contain confidentiality provisions which compel the Parties to maintain the confidentiality of the terms of such agreements.
