Identification of Potential Conflicts by Others. When a Subcontractor or Separate Contractor or other person identifies a potential conflict, the Design-Builder shall undertake the review set forth in this paragraph to reach its own conclusion with regard to constructability. If the Design-Builder cannot resolve the potential conflict, it shall proceed as set forth in this paragraph.

Identification of Potential Conflicts by Others. When a Subcontractor or Separate Contractor or other person identifies a potential conflictconflict affecting constructability, the Design-Builder shall undertake the review set forth efforts outlined in this paragraph Article 2.2.2.2 and its subparts to reach its own conclusion with regard to constructability. If constructability in the same manner as if the potential conflict had been identified by the Design-Builder cannot resolve the potential conflict, it shall proceed as set forth in this paragraphitself.
