Identification of Tenant. If more than one person or entity executes this Lease as Tenant: (a) each of them shall be jointly and severally liable for observing and performing of all of the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions and agreements of this Lease to be observed and performed by Tenant, and (b) the term “Tenant” as used in this Lease will mean and include each of them jointly and severally.
