Identification Tags Clause Samples

The Identification Tags clause establishes requirements for labeling or tagging items, equipment, or materials to ensure they can be easily identified. Typically, this clause specifies the type of tags to be used, the information that must be included (such as serial numbers, ownership details, or safety warnings), and where the tags should be affixed. By mandating clear identification, this clause helps prevent loss, misplacement, or misuse of property and ensures accountability and traceability throughout the duration of a project or contract.
