Identification. Neither Party shall make any announcement of any kind in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement except with the prior written consent of the other Party (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) or as is required by law. Subject to this, we may identify you as our customer and you many identify us as your supplier and the type of service we provide to you, provided that in doing so no Confidential Information of the other is disclosed.
