IERQ. In order to assess the extent to which the downbasin parties’ rights in the IERQ are preserved under this Agreement, the River Master shall maintain an accounting of the quantity of daily releases from the NYC reservoirs in accordance with Tables 4a through 4g which are attributable to the 3.91 billion gallons (6,045 cfs-days) IERQ component of the tables.
