If the Buyer. 16.1.1 commits a material breach of the Contract which cannot be remedied; or 16.1.2 commits a material breach of the Contract which can be remedied but fails to remedy that breach within 30 days of a written notice setting out the breach and requiring it to be remedied being given by the Seller, the Seller may terminate the Contract immediately by giving written notice to that effect to the Buyer. The Seller may terminate the Contract immediately by giving written notice to that effect to the Buyer if the Buyer becomes Insolvent.
