Common use of If to Xx Clause in Contracts

If to Xx. Xxxxxx – To the address for Xx. Xxxxxx specified on page 1 of this Agreement; or to such other addresses and persons as may from time to time be notified in writing by the parties. Any notice delivered personally will be deemed to have been given and received at the time of delivery. Any notice delivered by facsimile transmission will be deemed to have been given and received on the next business day following the date of transmission.
