Common use of If Western Clause in Contracts

If Western. Power is restructured (a) by Law; or (b) through other means, including the: (i) use of subsidiary or associated companies; or (ii) transfer of assets, rights and liabilities, then the rights and obligations of Western Power under this Contract are assigned to and assumed by the appropriate legal entity pursuant to the restructure.
