iGrafx Platform Server Application. 9.2.2.1. If the software is the iGrafx Platform Server Application (the "Server Application"), Customer may deploy the Server Application either in (i) a standalone environment or (ii) in a clustered Java application server environment specified by iGrafx as compatible using a single iGrafx Administration Database Context in which any number of physical or virtual machines may be used. In either environment type, any number of server processors or server processor cores may be used. Non-production copies of the Server Application may be installed for backup recovery. Customer may install the iGrafx Migration Tool on any number of its computer systems. Customer may create one (1) back-up copy of the Server Application in support of each iGrafx Administration Database Context purchased by the Customer as evidenced by the License Certificate. All rights not specifically granted hereunder are expressly reserved by iGrafx. The duration of the Term of the Server Application license will be indicated on the relevant License Certificate.

Se il software è iGrafx Platform Server Application (Applicazione Server), l'utente può distribuire l'Applicazione Server in (i) un ambiente standalone o (ii) in un ambiente server di applicazioni Java in cluster specificato da iGrafx come compatibile, utilizzando un singolo iGrafx Administration Database Context ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ utilizzare un numero illimitato di macchine fisiche o virtuali. En ambos tipos de entornos, se pueden usar cualquier número de procesadores de servidor o núcleos de procesadores de servidor. Se pueden instalar copias de la aplicación del servidor, pero solo para ser usadas en procedimientos de recuperación, no de producción. El Cliente podrá instalar la herramienta de migración iGrafx Migration Tool en tantos sistemas informáticos como desee. Handelt es sich bei der Software um die iGrafx Platform Server Application (▇▇▇▇: die „Serveranwendung“), so darf der ▇▇▇▇▇ die Serveranwendung entweder (i) in einer eigenständigen Umgebung oder (ii) in einer geclusterten Java-Anwendungsserverumgebung installieren, die von iGrafx als kompatibel mit einem einzelnen iGrafx Administrationsdatenbankkontext angesehen wird, in dem die Nutzung beliebig vieler physischer oder virtueller Rechner erlaubt ist. In jeder der Umgebungen darf eine beliebige Anzahl von Serverprozessoren oder Serverprozessorkernen genutzt werden. Außerhalb der Produktionsumgebung ist die Installation von Kopien der Serveranwendung zu Sicherungs- und Wiederherstellungszwecken erlaubt. Das iGrafx Migration Tool kann der ▇▇▇▇▇ auf beliebig vielen Computersystemen installieren. Der ▇▇▇▇▇ ist berechtigt, für jeden iGrafx Administrationsdatenbankkontext, den die vom Kunden erworbene und durch das Lizenzzertifikat belegte Softwarelizenz gestattet, eine
(1) Sicherungskopie der Serveranwendung zu erstellen. Alle im Folgenden nicht eigens gewährten Rechte sind ausdrücklich iGrafx vorbehalten. Die Laufzeit der Serveranwendungslizenz ist auf dem entsprechenden Lizenzzertifikat angegeben.
