Common use of Illegal Activity Clause in Contracts

Illegal Activity. No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal commercial activities or commercial activities relating to controlled substances at the Property (including, without limitation, any growing, distributing and/or dispensing of marijuana for commercial purposes, medical or otherwise for so long as the foregoing is a violation of a Legal Requirement of any applicable Governmental Authority).

Illegal Activity. No portion of any of the Property Properties has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity activity, and to the best of Borrower’s Borrowers’ actual knowledge, there are no illegal commercial activities or commercial activities relating to controlled substances at the Property (including, without limitation, any growing, distributing and/or dispensing of marijuana for commercial purposes, medical or otherwise for so long as the foregoing is a violation of a Legal Requirement of any applicable Governmental Authority).
