Common use of Illegal Distribution Clause in Contracts

Illegal Distribution. Enron shall use good faith efforts to ensure that the Reports are distributed by Enron only to intended Users and Enron shall notify Argus as soon as reasonably possible upon its actual knowledge of any illegal distribution of the Reports provided that Argus shall have the sole responsibility of initiating and maintaining any action, legal or otherwise in the case of any such illegal distribution.
