Illegal Entry. You must have written permission to enter another person’s unit when they are not present. You must only enter residence property, your accommodation and any other place you are duly permitted to enter by using the prescribed key in the prescribed manner. Manipulating locks, doors and windows is prohibited. Unauthorized entry for any reason is prohibited, and may result in eviction and referral to the police.
