Contractor certifies its compliance with Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011 and specifically those provisions codified at O.C.G.A. §13-10-90 et. seq. Contractor warrants that it has registered with and uses the federal work authorization program commonly known as “E-Verify.” Contractor further agrees that it will contract for the physical performance of services in satisfaction of this contract only with subcontractors who present an affidavit as required by O.C.G.A. §13-10-91. Contractor warrants that it will include a similar provision in all contracts entered into with subcontractors for the physical performance of services in satisfaction of this contract.
