Consultant certifies its compliance with illegal Immigration Reform sseq. commonly known as “E-Verify.” Service Provider further agrees that it will contract for the physical performance of services in satisfaction with this contract only with subcontractors who present an affidavit as required by O.C.G.A. §13-10-91. Consultant warrants that it will include a similar provision in all contracts entered into with subcontractors for the physical performance of services in satisfaction of this contract.

Immigration Reform Compliance. Engineer agrees to comply, during the entire duration of this Agreement, with all provisions of the “Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act” {O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 and O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1 et seq.} and the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 {8 USC § 1621 (c)} and will provide the required documentation regarding said compliance. The Contractor affirms it has registered with, is authorized to use, and uses the federal work authorization program (also known as E-Verify), and that it will contract for the physical performance of services only with subcontractors who present an affidavit with the same information required of the Engineer. Engineer also affirms it will designate a person to provide the required SAVE affidavit and associated secure and verifiable document.

Employer Registration to verify information of all new employees in order to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), DL. 99-603 and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. Construction Manager further certifies that it shall execute any affidavits required by the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts set forth at Rule 300-10-1-.01 et.seg. Construction Manager warrants that it has included a similar provision in all written agreements with any subcontractors engaged to perform services under this contract. Construction Manager shall provide Owner with notice of the identity of any and all subsequent subcontractors hired or contracted by Construction Manager to perform in connection with this Contract. Subsequent notice shall be provided within five business days of entering into a contract or agreement for hire with any subcontractor and shall include the information required by O.G.C.A.§ 13-10-91.

Service Provider warrants that it has included a similar provision in all written agreements with any subcontractors engaged to perform services under this Agreement.
