Illegal Provisions Disregarded. If any term or provision hereof or the application thereof for any reason or circumstance shall to any extent be held to be invalid or unenforceable, this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate the balance of such provision or the remaining terms or provisions of this Agreement or the application of such terms or provisions to Persons other than those as to which it has been held invalid or unenforceable; each term and provision hereof shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and shall be liberally construed in favor of the Authority or its assignee in order to effect the intent of this Agreement.
